"Cités foot" : young footballers rewarded

A football tournament was laid on for youngsters at Bagneux (a suburb south-west of PARIS) as part of the programme of events organised by the Ministry for Youth Affairs and Sport, and entitled "Les Ecrans du monde 98" (screens on the World 98). This "Cités Foot" tournament was won by the Lille team. All the young footballers, together with the Brazilian, Mexican and South African delegations, will be welcomed at the national football coaching centre at Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines between 3 and 12 July.
