Klinsmann and Helmer injured

HELSINKI, May 27 (AFP)

German captain Jurgen Klinsmann and his teammate Thomas Hlemer both returned to Germany for treatment on minor injuries ahead of the three-time World Cup winners' friendly against Finland on Wednesday night. The Finnish news agency FNB reported that Klinsmann suffered an injury to his right leg in training and Helmer was suffering from a torn leg muscle. Both returned home as a precautionary measure with the finals just two weeks' away.
