World Cup finalists Iran beat Inter Milans reserve side 4-1 on Saturday in a World Cup warm-up friendly here. Having been slaughtered 7-1 by Roma, a result which led to the dismissal of coach Tomislav Ivic, Iran turned in a far better showing against albeit weaker opposition. Kian, Daei twice and Bagheri scored second half goals for Iran after Recoba scored just before the break for Inter.
