David Batty : "It wont be easy in France but we know that."

LONDON, May 24 (AFP)

England manager Hoddle, who now takes his squad to Casablanca for friendlies against Morocco and Belgium next week, admitted: "  We had chances to have buried them. If you dont take them you dont win. "   A win would have been better for us but it didnt pan out for us. But remember this wasnt for anything today. It is a bit disappointing that things didnt work out. "You always want to win. Its tough but we know it will be that in France."  Man-of-the-match David Batty said : "Its not a result we wanted... we were disjointed at times. But they are a good team."   People thought it would be easy but it reminds us that not all is well. It wont be easy in France but we know that. "But the time to worry is when we are not creating chances. We did create them."
