Croatia coach Miroslav Blazevic expects Everton defender Slaven Bilic to be fit for Sundays match against Jamaica. "Hes responded well to treatment and he should be okay,"  Blazevic said. "Were very excited about out first World Cup match, everyone wants to play," he added.
